An integrated body-based approach to human aliveness
Is this really
all life has to offer?
From a young age, this question would not leave us.
We are Omni and Ron, partners in life and in our work, parents of two children, and for more than two decades explorers of what makes human beings truly come alive.
Something about the way many adults were living never felt quite right to us. Even the successful ones often did not seem fully alive.
Present, yet not truly present. Making choices without understanding what was driving them.
Without awareness of the inner world, people unknowingly create pain. For themselves. For those they love. And for the world around them.
Neither of us was willing to settle for that.
When we met, the search each of us had been carrying alone became a shared journey.
Together we began to see that the meeting point between the inner and outer worlds is the body. The body that holds memory and feeling. The body that meets reality and acts within it.
We wanted to understand what creates aliveness, and what blocks it.
That question eventually became our work.

Where Change is Felt in the Body

Our relationship became a living laboratory
Patterns surfaced in real time.Sadness. Fear. Longing for connection. Retreating. Shutting down. Nothing stayed theoretical.
When we met, we were already therapists. Years of study were behind us. Books, workshops, and remarkable teachers, including from the worlds of energy work and spiritual practice.
We began bringing cases from our clinics into conversation. Exploring what worked and what didn’t, challenging assumptions and testing new directions in practice.
Slowly, the knowledge and essence each of us carried began to integrate.
Masculine and feminine, structure and intuition, direction held by presence.
It wasn’t always easy. There were real challenges.
Out of that tension and cooperation, a clear way of working began to take shape. Not as an idea, but as lived practice.

Body. Emotion. Thought. Action.

Real change does not happen in insight alone.
It happens when thought, emotion, action and body are brought into the same conversation.
When the body is included, change stops being conceptual. It becomes lived. Felt.
Patterns are not flaws.
They are intelligent strategies that once protected us.
What looks like anger may be strength without direction.
What looks like withdrawal may be sensitivity without safety.
When met with attention and structure, patterns return to their original qualities.
Not by fighting them , but by understanding what they were trying to protect.

3 Ways to Meet our Work
Enrichment programs for professionals who work with people in processes of change, talk therapists, bodyworkers, group facilitators, and body–mind practitioners who wish to deepen their work and expand their professional tools.
The trainings take place in different formats, from intensive weekends to week-long retreats and month-long courses, and combine learning, practice, and direct experience of working through the body.
Workshops for people who wish to understand themselves more deeply and gain practical tools for navigating life’s challenges in a healthier way. These gatherings take place as a long weekend or a week‑long retreat, combining personal inquiry, body‑based work, and group dialogue.
Personal or couples sessions in the clinic, offering a tailored process of deeper work. Sessions may take the form of a single meeting or a short three-session process. The sessions combine conversation, touch, voice, movement, and breath, listening to the body in order to recognize patterns, meet early vulnerabilities, and create new movement in life and relationships.
In the coming years we will be traveling and teaching in different places around the world.
If you have a community, center, or group of people interested in emotional work through the body, it is possible to invite us to lead a workshop, retreat, or training.
We work in collaboration with local hosts, and the format and content can be shaped together according to the nature of the group, the place, and the needs of the participants.
If this feels relevant for you, we would be happy to hear from you.

6‑Day Residential Training | Iceland | 2–8 September 2026
We invite mental health professionals and body‑oriented therapists to an immersive residential training exploring psychotherapy conducted through the body.
Omnitherapy® is an integrative therapeutic approach that combines dialogue, bodywork, breath, and awareness within a structured therapeutic framework. The method is based on the understanding that life experience – especially emotionally significant experiences – is not held only in narrative memory, but is also expressed through the body: in posture, muscular patterns, breath, and nervous‑system responses.
Through the integration of psychotherapy and bodywork, Omnitherapy offers a practical pathway for accessing embodied experience, understanding emotional patterns, and supporting meaningful psychological change.
During this six‑day residential program, participants will explore both the theoretical foundations and the experiential practice of the Omnitherapy approach.
This 68 hours training program is the essence of a full 500 hours OmniTherapy certification professional training program.
